Refund & Return
1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Must be in original packaging with tags (if applicable)

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items on sale or promotion

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, undergarments)

Customized or personalized products

Opened electronics or items with tampered seals
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

First check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through the contact page.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, submit a request within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
In case of defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
