1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (UAE): 2 to 5 business days

  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is shipped.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders over AED 200

  • Orders below AED 200 will be charged a flat shipping rate of AED 15


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier company issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please reach out via the Contact Us page with your order number.


7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Include photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
